At Pike Tech, each product is manufactured using premium ASA material and precision 3D printing technology. Every order is produced, inspected, and prepared for shipment with care to ensure the highest quality.

Production Time

Most Pike Tech products are made to order.

After your order is placed, production and quality inspection typically require up to 2 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, production may occasionally take longer. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Current standard rates:

Most European countries: €15.00
Iceland: €20.00
Moldova: 100 MDL

Shipping prices may change without prior notice and will always be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may require time to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pike Tech is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Pike Tech cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
