Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number).

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Because many Pike Tech products are manufactured specifically for particular fishfinder models and configurations, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless:

The item is defective
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was shipped

Please carefully verify your fishfinder model before placing an order.

3D Printed Product Characteristics

Pike Tech products are manufactured using advanced 3D printing technology.

Minor cosmetic characteristics such as:

Visible layer lines
Slight surface texture variations
Small visual differences between production batches

are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects, provided the product functions as intended and matches its product description.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized products
Custom-made products
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Products damaged through misuse, modification, or improper installation

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible product and place a new order after the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

The item must be unused.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products manufactured according to your specifications, as permitted under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is approved because we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Pike Tech will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
